Santa’s Grand Adventure is our most comprehensive Christmas experience, bringing together the worlds of Dream of Joulukka and Toy Factory Magic in one four-hour journey through Santa Claus Secret Forest.

You’ll start at Elf School, decorate gingerbread and spend time with the elves in the Secret Forest. Then step inside both the Christmas Command Center and Santa’s Toy Factory, two of Santa Claus’s best-kept secrets.

Discover the secret world behind Christmas

Deep in the Secret Forest, preparations for Christmas follow a rhythm of their own. Christmas wishes are carefully recorded, gifts are being prepared and the elves have work to do in places few visitors ever get to see.

Your adventure starts at Elf School. The Professor Elves introduce children and adults to some of the skills, traditions and secrets of being an elf. At the end of Santa’s Helpers Training, every child graduates with their own Elf Diploma.

From there, the adventure continues through the Secret Forest with games, songs and playful moments with the elves. There is time to warm up with hot drinks and marshmallows by the fire before families continue in smaller groups to discover two of Santa Claus’s best-kept secrets.

Inside the Christmas Command Center, see how the elves keep track of wishes, preparations and the many details that must come together before Christmas Eve.

Then step into Santa’s Toy Factory, where the elves are busy testing and finishing gifts for children around the world. Join them in their work, set some of their curious machinery in motion and learn about the traditions passed from one elf to another. Every family receives a special Toy Factory coin to take home as a keepsake.

Families visit the Christmas Command Center and Toy Factory in smaller groups, taking turns so everyone can enjoy both parts of the adventure.
There’s one final stop before you leave the Secret Forest. Every family has their own private meeting with Santa Claus, with time to talk and be together.

During your transfer to the Secret Forest, you’ll have the chance to share the children’s names and Christmas wishes with the elves. These little details can then become part of your adventure, so there’s no need to send any personal information in advance.
