Santa Claus Secret Forest is alive with wonder, and the elves are ready to welcome you into the true heart of Christmas. Santa’s Grand Adventure leads you along snowy paths and into some of the elves’ most cherished places. It’s a joyful journey filled with stories, laughter and Christmas magic.

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome from the elves, who guide you into Santa’s Helpers Training. Here, children and adults learn some of the elves’ most treasured skills through playful tasks and storytelling. Every child receives an Elf Diploma to celebrate their new skills. Then it’s time to fill the air with the sweet scents of Christmas, decorating gingerbread with a little expert help from the elves.

After your training, follow the forest path deeper into the Secret Forest, where glowing lanterns light the way and the elves lead you in playful outdoor activities. Then warm up with a hot drink and marshmallows by the open fire before the adventure continues.

Step inside Santa’s secret world

Next, the elves lead you into two of Santa’s most extraordinary secret places. Inside the Christmas Command Center, uncover some of the secrets behind how Christmas reaches families around the world. Then step inside Santa’s Toy Factory, where imagination, craftsmanship and Christmas spirit come together to create some of the world’s most beloved toys. Every family receives a Toy Factory coin to take home as a keepsake from the elves’ secret world.

And then comes the moment you’ve been waiting for. The elves lead your family to a private meeting with Santa Claus, filled with warmth, wonder and Christmas joy. It’s a moment your family will remember long after you leave the Secret Forest.

During your transfer to the Secret Forest, you’ll have the chance to share the children’s names and Christmas wishes with the elves. They’ll weave these little details into your adventure, so there’s no need to send any personal information in advance.
