Hidden deep among the quiet pines lies Santa’s Toy Factory, a secret place the elves share with only a few families at a time. Toy Factory Magic with Santa Claus gives you rare and exclusive access to the elves’ cheerful world of wood shavings, colour and Christmas wonder.
The moment you arrive, the elves welcome you warmly and guide your family into their workshop. With playful energy and gentle humour, they reveal how some of the world’s most cherished toys begin their journey. Inside the Toy Factory, your family has the elves’ world to yourselves. You’ll discover festive surprises, hands-on activities, the biggest book of goodness and enchanting details that make the elves’ magic feel wonderfully real. Every family receives a Toy Factory coin, a keepsake from the heart of the elves’ world.
The elves shape the adventure around your family’s pace, sharing stories, playful tasks and joyful moments that spark curiosity in children and a little Christmas nostalgia in parents.
As your adventure reaches its most treasured chapter, the elves lead your family to someone very special who has been waiting for you. The price includes private return transport from main hotels and apartments in the Rovaniemi area, within 10 km of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel.
