Your adventure begins with a warm welcome from the elves, who guide your family into Santa’s Helpers Training. Here, both children and adults learn treasured elf skills through playful tasks and storytelling, earning an Elf Diploma to mark the moment. Gingerbread cookie decoration adds a sweet touch, bringing the scents of Christmas into the experience.

After the training, the forest path carries you deeper into the Secret Forest. Lanterns glow softly, and the elves share outdoor activities that bring the forest to life. Warm drinks by the open fire offer a peaceful pause before you continue.

Your family visits two of Santa’s most extraordinary locations. In the Christmas Command Center, the elves reveal how festive preparations quietly take shape. In Santa’s Toy Factory, magical details show how imagination, craftsmanship, and Christmas spirit shape the world’s most beloved toys. Every family receives a Toy Factory coin, a small keepsake from this enchanting world.
