Toy Factory Magic is one of our most loved Christmas experiences. It takes your family inside the elves’ hidden workshop deep in the forests of Lapland. Here, the elves prepare gifts for children around the world, just as they have for generations.

This is a hands-on adventure where everyone gets to join in. You’ll help the elves make and send gifts out into the world, and find out what really happens inside Santa’s Toy Factory. Every family also has their own private meeting with Santa Claus.

Choose a group program to share the adventure with other families, or book a private program exclusively for your family.

Group Program

Share the adventure with a small group of up to 6–7 families. Along the way, the elves keep everyone entertained with games, songs and playful moments, with hot drinks to warm you up. Inside the Toy Factory, your family gets to help the elves with their Christmas preparations before having a private meeting with Santa Claus.

Group programs also include outdoor games and playtime with the elves.

Step inside Santa’s Toy Factory

Deep among the pines lies Santa’s Toy Factory. Inside, the work of Christmas continues day after day, with the elves making gifts for children all around the world.

This is a place where everyone is invited to join in. There are gifts to test, finish and prepare, curious machines to set in motion and small surprises hidden throughout the Toy Factory.

For generations, the elves have had their own ways of getting ready for Christmas. During your visit, you’ll help with some of their work, take a peek into the biggest Book of Goodness and learn a little more about the traditions passed down from one elf to another.

Every family receives a special Toy Factory coin to take home as a keepsake.

Throughout the adventure, the elves are by your side, sharing stories and helping you with the tasks as they welcome you into a part of their world that few families get to see.

And once the work is done, there’s one more very important person to meet. The elves lead your family to a private meeting with Santa Claus, with time to talk and enjoy the moment together before saying goodbye to the Secret Forest.

The price includes private return transport from main hotels and apartments in the Rovaniemi area, within 10 km of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel.
