How to Book

Planning your family’s journey into Santa Claus’s Secret Forest is simple. Whether you wish to join one of our seasonal group programs or enjoy a private adventure crafted just for your family, our booking system will guide you with ease.

Group Programs (November to March)
During the winter season, we offer group programs filled with festive activities, forest magic, and joyful elf guidance. These programs can be booked directly through our online calendar, where you will see all available dates and times.

Private Family Programs (Available all year)
Most of our private programs can be arranged in any season. If your preferred date does not appear in the booking calendar, it does not mean the experience is unavailable. Many private visits can still be organized upon request. In this case, we warmly encourage you to contact our Guest Service team, who will help arrange the perfect time for your family’s visit.

Booking Online
The Santa Claus Secret Forest webshop allows you to view availability, select your date, and complete your reservation securely. Once booked, and our elves will begin preparing your visit.
