The Fairytale of the Secret Forest – Joulukka

Once upon the time, very long time ago, when Santa was young and life was slow, Santa Claus had a very big dream – to spread kindness and share goodwill with everyone in this world – small children and big children (also known as adults). As one of the most talented graduates of the Elf school he had a very big knowledge of elf logistics, art of reindeer flying, real needlework and the great craft of woodwork.

Once, while practicing flying with reindeer and chasing Aurora Borealis next to his hometown Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland – he spotted a very special place, located deep in the Lappish forest, full of snow, magic and with lots of forest elves peeking from behind the trees. He discovered Joulukka!

Santa Claus came down from the skies full of starts and met one of the wisest elves of Joulukka – Elfiina. Together with the knowledge of Elfiina they have established a very special training, full of elf secrets and magic, known as Santa’s Helpers Training.

Only few decades later, once the story of Santa Claus started spreading around and humans started sending letters to Santa, forest elves established a network of well-hidden top-secret Santa’s Command Centers, to coordinate all the Christmas activity worldwide.

The elves were very busy, hustling and bustling at the Secret Command Center, and once the annual amount of kind ones went over 7 billion, in order to make sure that they have all the wished toys for everyone, the elves expanded their secret magical toy workshops into a real full size Santa’s Toy Factory! That is how the magical wonderland of forest elves became so special, it became Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka!
