Step inside the heart of Santa Claus’s Secret Forest and begin your journey in the warm company of the elves. The adventure starts at Elf School, where cheerful Professor Elves teach the most important elf skills through play, stories, and gentle mischief. Every child earns an Elf Diploma, proof that they have begun to understand the true spirit of Christmas and a Gingerbread cookie decoration adding a sweet touch, bringing the scents of Christmas into the experience.
From there, the Fairytale Path leads deeper into the forest until you reach Santa Claus’s Command Center — a place found nowhere else in the world. Inside its glowing rooms, Christmas preparations come alive through imaginative machines, twinkling details, and the elves who guide each family privately. It feels like stepping into the heart of the story, where every switch, sound, and sparkle has a purpose in Santa’s world.
While one family explores the Command Center, others enjoy time outdoors with the elves. There is laughter, songs, snowy games, warm drinks, and toasted marshmallows by the fire inside the cosy tipi. It is a lively moment of togetherness, and for many children, a highlight of the day.
As the story draws toward its most treasured moment, the elves guide each family to meet someone very special — someone who has been waiting just for them.
